ProBikeGarage Terms of Service
ProBikeGarage websites, mobile and web apps, and services (the "Services") are provided to you (the "User") by the www.probikegarage.com owners ("ProBikeGarage") and subject to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") along with the Privacy Policy referenced below.
By accessing or using the Services, or by creating an account using any of the mechanisms available, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not access or use the Services.
Service
The Services provided by ProBikeGarage allow the User to, automatically and privately, keep track of its bicycle and components usage to analyze statistics and receive alerts on the intervals defined by the User.
In order for ProBikeGarage to provide the Services, the User should connect through a 3rd-party activity tracking site ("Tracking Apps") and allow access to the data required to provide the Services. This data consists of the User's bicycles and cycling activities (ProBikeGarage does not store User's health or location data, see the Privacy Policy for more info)
ProBikeGarage reserves the right to change or remove any existing functionality, as well as the connectivity with any of the Tracking Apps, at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion.
Access
The access to the Services may require some fees depending on the optional plans subscribed by the User, the User's device platform and its associated application store, and the User's country and settings. The current fees for app download and optional plans can be found on Google Play for Android devices, on the App Store for iOS devices, and on www.probikegarage.com for the web app.
Your account
The Services rely solely on the Tracking Apps for authentication and never has access to the User's password for them. The User can revoke the Service's access to the Tracking Apps at any time on the appropriate section of Tracking App website.
The User can completely delete its account and all its data at any time from the app itself, or by sending an email with all the information to support@probikegarage.com (for more info see our Privacy Policy).
ProBikeGarage reserves the right to refuse access to the Services and terminate accounts if the User violates these Terms.
Privacy
ProBikeGarage takes the User's privacy as a key part of the service. Take a look to the Privacy Policy for more info.
Liability
The information, software, products, services and content available through the Services are provided to you "as is" and without warranty.
You expressly agree that ProBikeGarage is not providing you with any bicycle mechanical or maintenance advice and will not be liable in any way for any accident, injuries or damages sustained to you or any 3rd-party or property.
Refunds
Due to the nature of how the Services are made available to the User, ProBikeGarage cannot offer refunds for the fees satisfied by the User through Google Play or the App Store. These fees can only be refunded by the specific application store itself under its own terms. The fees satisfied through the web app may be refunded by ProBikeGarage during the first 7 days of the purchase, and provided that no substantial use of the Services has been made.
Modification of the Terms
ProBikeGarage reserves the right to update the Terms at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion. ProBikeGarage will notify the User of any significant changes to the Terms.
